Tell me again why i love chocolate milk.

CHOCOLATE MILK!
Apart from being tasty and putting a smile on chocolate lovers face, studies has shown that chocolate milk is beneficial to health.

• Chocolate milk is known to keep the blood pressure down.

• Aids in maintaining proper blood flow and function of the heart.

• Helps body recover-athletes are advised to drink chocolate milk after intense workout.

• Chocolate contains flavanols-an antioxidant compound that prevents clotting of blood.

• Serves as a stress reliever-contains stimulant known as theobromine which provides the brain a much needed lift from stress.

So tell me again why i love chocolate milk so much? :D

ok, before i start sounding like a promoter for a chocolate milk company, please note that i'm not here to market the product. The reason why i'm posting this up is because i just had myself a cup of chocolate milk, which reminded me again why i adoree it so much, so for the sake of myself and my readers(those of you who actually still reads my blog, thank you :), i decided to do a lil research on it. So there, tadaa!

Winter Wonderland.

I just love the feeling of christmas around the corner.
Christmas songs playing and pretty decorations that captivates you as you walk around in malls,
what more could be more pleasant to the eye than that?

Just by listening to this song by Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby,
it gets me sinking into the whole christmassy mood.
Don't get me wrong, i do not celebrate christmas as most people would perceive that i do.
It's a simple theory really.

Having said that, the whole atmosphere of christmas -pretty decos, cheery songs, and lovely gifts never fail to dazzle me each year.
It kinda brings you back to your 5-year old days when you feel as though you're Alice in a dazzling wonderland?
(ok that came out of random :)
